What the rows mean

LIVE is the service that answers real calls. TEST is the development service at api-test.comms.id, which answers with synthetic data and never real records; its build is 86993ae3ac762a14848926cbd8694684aed1fad8.
Dataset names the data a product answers from and the date of that data, as the product itself reports it. Live source names a source read at the moment of a call, and the limit of what it can promise.
Operational means the product reports itself ready. Degraded means it answers with a limit stated in the row. Down means it did not answer, or says it cannot.
